Enhancing Train Efficiency and Reliability with HaslerRail’s Versatile Driver Advisory System

One of the standout features of HaslerRail’s DAS is its versatility. Operators can easily update track, wayside, train, route and timetable data online via a web browser, making the system highly adaptable and responsive to changing conditions. Furthermore, the HaslerRail DAS is cloud-based and includes advanced search and optimization algorithms. This means, that the customer can have the most recent DAS-Software updates delivered without the need of re-homologating the train. This flexibility extends to providing optimal journey profiles even before the train departs, allowing planning and operations specialists to plan train journeys more effectively from the outset by using our web-based, DAS simulator.

Another key feature is the combination of the HaslerRail TELOC functioning as a DAS-Control-Unit with the DAS Software. The TELOC can store the optimal journey advisory directly on the train. This means that even if connectivity is lost, the train can continue to operate with the best possible guidance. The architecture of our DAS ensures that suggestions are based on a comprehensive analysis of various scenarios, providing robust and reliable recommendations.
